How to ask us to delete your personal information, and what we're required to keep.
How to request deletion
Email us at contact@sippy.life with the subject line "Delete My Data", or message us on WhatsApp at +234 816 1185 271. Send it from the phone number or email address on your account, or include them in the message, so we can find the right account.
Order and transaction records are kept for 7 years after deletion, because Nigerian tax law requires it. Records already shared with a payment processor or delivery partner while fulfilling a past order aren't something we can delete on their end.
We process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm with you once it's done.
